The Strategy & Transformation practice covers three assessment frameworks for the decisions that make or break a change programme: whether an organisation is ready to transform, how systematically it manages innovation, and how well it can capture value after a merger. Each one runs against the client's own evidence and produces scored, cited findings, ranked gaps, and board-ready deliverables.
