Strategy & Transformation frameworks
The Strategy & Transformation practice covers six assessment frameworks for the decisions that make or break a change programme: whether the operating model can deliver the strategy, how well strategy translates into execution, how the business model creates and captures value, whether an organisation is ready to transform, how systematically it manages innovation, and how well it can capture value after a merger. Each one runs against the client's own evidence and produces scored, cited findings, ranked gaps, and board-ready deliverables.
| Framework | Type | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Digital Transformation Readiness | Model | Gauging readiness to transform before committing to a programme |
| Innovation Management (ISO 56001) | Standard | Assessing innovation-management-system maturity against ISO 56001 |
| M&A Integration Readiness | Model | Scoring post-merger integration readiness across people, process and systems |
| Operating Model Assessment | Model | Testing whether the operating model can deliver the strategy |
| Strategy & Execution Assessment | Model | Finding where strategy breaks down in execution |
| Business Model Canvas | Model | Documenting and pressure-testing how the business creates and captures value |
How these assessments work
Evidence in, scored on the framework's own scale, board-ready out. See Assessments Overview and Choosing a framework.
