Practice Management
Practices are how your firm organizes its expertise. Managing them — deciding which are visible and who owns them — is an Organization Admin responsibility, done on the Practices page.
Who can access
Organization Admins manage practices. All users see the practices that are visible.
What you can manage
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Show / hide a practice | Controls whether the practice (and its frameworks) appears for the firm |
| Assign a Practice Lead | Designates the owner of the methodology area — see Practice Leads |
| View frameworks per practice | See the frameworks available in each practice and their source badge |
Rules to know
- General can't be hidden. It's always available.
- In-use practices are locked on. A practice used by an active engagement stays visible until those engagements complete.
- Authoring is not a firm action. Frameworks inside practices are authored and published by Celeredge platform staff; your firm controls visibility and leads, not content.
Step by step
- Open Practices as an Org Admin.
- Toggle the practices your firm actively delivers on or off.
- Assign a Practice Lead to each active practice.
- Review the frameworks surfaced in each practice.
Best practices
- Curate to what you deliver. Hiding unused practices keeps consultants' framework choices focused.
- Every active practice needs a Lead. Ownership is what keeps methodology quality high.
