Practice Management

Practices are how your firm organizes its expertise. Managing them — deciding which are visible and who owns them — is an Organization Admin responsibility, done on the Practices page.

Who can access

Organization Admins manage practices. All users see the practices that are visible.

Rules to know

  • General can't be hidden. It's always available.
  • In-use practices are locked on. A practice used by an active engagement stays visible until those engagements complete.
  • Authoring is not a firm action. Frameworks inside practices are authored and published by Celeredge platform staff; your firm controls visibility and leads, not content.

Step by step

  1. Open Practices as an Org Admin.
  2. Toggle the practices your firm actively delivers on or off.
  3. Assign a Practice Lead to each active practice.
  4. Review the frameworks surfaced in each practice.

Best practices

  • Curate to what you deliver. Hiding unused practices keeps consultants' framework choices focused.
  • Every active practice needs a Lead. Ownership is what keeps methodology quality high.
