Framework Library
The Framework Library is Celeredge's catalogue of ready-to-run assessment frameworks — over 80 of them, spanning nine consulting practices. Each one encodes a recognised standard, regulation, or maturity model as a structured assessment your consultants run against a client's own evidence in Diagnose.

How every framework works
Whatever the standard, the shape of the work is the same:
- Evidence in — upload the client's documents, connect data, and run AI interviews to fill gaps. See Evidence Collection.
- Scored on the standard — every dimension is scored on the framework's own scale, with each score traceable to the evidence behind it and gaps ranked by severity. See Maturity Scoring.
- Board-ready out — a slide deck and an HTML report are generated automatically — executive summary, maturity landscape, and a sequenced plan.
