Human Capital frameworks

The Human Capital practice covers six maturity models spanning people, change, delivery and operating-model capability — from the underlying health of an organisation to its readiness for change, its agile and project-delivery discipline, its DEI maturity and its shift to a product-led operating model. Each one runs against the client's own evidence and produces scored, cited findings, ranked gaps, and board-ready deliverables.
