Frequently Asked Questions
Getting started
What is Celeredge? An AI-native operating system for consulting firms — you run client work as engagements through a Diagnose → Plan → Execute → Deliver lifecycle, grounded in real evidence. See What is Celeredge.
I'm brand new. Where do I start? Quick Start for the five-minute tour, then Your First Engagement for a full worked example.
The Command Center is empty. Is something wrong? No — a new firm tenant starts empty. It fills in as you create engagements and run work.
AI, grounding & trust
Can I trust the AI's outputs? Outputs are grounded in your real evidence and cited back to the source, with a confidence signal. Read the confidence pill, open the citations, and click "Open source" to verify. See Citations & Trust.
What does "Not grounded" mean on an answer? No supporting evidence was found, so the answer isn't trustworthy regardless of how it reads. Add evidence on that topic and re-run. An answer with zero evidence is always shown as Not grounded.
Why are my assessment answers thin or low-confidence? Almost always sparse evidence. Connect documents, databases, or run an AI interview, then re-run the assessment.
Does the AI ever make up numbers? Numbers from a connected database carry the query that produced them, and financial KPIs are computed from your uploaded spreadsheets — both are designed to be verifiable. See Ask the Data.
Data & evidence
What can I connect? Documents (uploads), databases, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), document storage (SharePoint/Google Drive/Box/Teams), surveys (Typeform), and workshops (Miro/Asana). See Integrations.
My uploaded document isn't being used. Why? It may still be indexing, or it finished after your assessment ran. Wait for ready and re-run. See Documents.
Why is my Evidence Vault empty? The vault fills as evidence is used and accepted. Run an assessment and accept answers to populate it. See Evidence Vault.
Roles & access
Who can do what? See Roles & Permissions. In short: Members do engagement work, Org Admins run the firm, and framework authoring is Celeredge platform staff only.
A teammate can't see an engagement. They need to be on its team. Firm role grants tenant access; engagement membership grants engagement access.
Can I author my own frameworks? Frameworks are authored and published by Celeredge. Your firm controls their visibility via Practices. Need a new or changed framework? Contact Celeredge.
Billing
How do I sign up? Self-serve with a credit card via Stripe Checkout from the pricing page. See Billing & Plans.
What happens when I hit a limit? The action is blocked with an upgrade prompt; your existing work is unaffected. Premium features show a preview with an upgrade path rather than an error.
How do I change or cancel my plan? Through the Stripe Customer Portal — change plan, update payment, view invoices.
Is there a trial? Yes, and it can be extended once. See Billing & Plans.
