Billing & Plans
Celeredge bills through Stripe. Signing up, paying, and managing your subscription all happen on Stripe's hosted, secure pages — Celeredge never sees or stores card numbers.
Who can access
Organization Admins manage billing for the firm.
Signing up
A new firm can self-serve from the pricing page with a credit card:
- Choose a plan on the pricing page.
- Pay via Stripe Checkout (Celeredge renders no card forms; Stripe handles payment and VAT/tax).
- Your firm's workspace is provisioned and you can sign in and start working.
Plans are billed in USD, with monthly and annual options.
What your plan controls
Your plan governs usage in two ways.
Quotas (hard limits)

When you reach a hard limit, the action is blocked with a clear message and an upgrade path — not an error.
Premium features (plan-gated)
Some surfaces are available only on higher plans — for example advanced frameworks, integrations, agent capabilities, the ontology builder, and API access. On a plan that doesn't include them, you'll see a preview with an upgrade prompt rather than a missing or broken page.
Framework Authoring — building and publishing your own assessment frameworks (with AI-compiled evaluation prompts) — is an Enterprise-plan capability.
Trials
New firms can start on a trial. A trial can be extended once if you need a little more time. When the trial ends, upgrade through the customer portal to keep working without losing anything.
Managing your subscription
Self-service is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal:
- Change plan (upgrade/downgrade, monthly ↔ annual).
- Update payment method and billing details.
- View invoices (Stripe issues invoices and handles tax).
Upgrades apply in place. When you upgrade from a locked surface, you're deep-linked into the portal with the right plan pre-selected; once Stripe confirms, the previously-locked feature unlocks without a reload or losing your work.
Enterprise
SSO/SAML/SCIM and other enterprise needs are handled through a contact-sales Enterprise tier rather than self-serve checkout.
