Platform Administration

A few things in Celeredge are handled by Celeredge platform staff across all firms, rather than by any single customer. This page clarifies that boundary — and, importantly, what your firm does control (including authoring your own frameworks on the Enterprise plan).

What Celeredge platform staff handle​

  • The shared framework library — authoring and publishing the global and shared frameworks available across firms (you'll see these with a global / shared source badge).
  • Platform-wide operation — running Celeredge across all firms.

What your firm controls​

  • Authoring your own frameworks — on the Enterprise plan, your firm can author and publish its own org frameworks. See Framework Authoring. This is no longer a Celeredge-staff-only capability.
  • Framework visibility — as an Organization Admin, control which practices (and therefore which frameworks) are visible, via Practices.
  • Which engagements use which practices.

When to contact Celeredge​

  • You want a framework added to the shared library, or need help with a global/shared framework.
  • You need an enterprise capability such as SSO/SAML/SCIM — see Billing → Enterprise.
