Settings is the firm's administration home. It's where an Organization Admin manages the people, tools, and configuration that the whole firm depends on.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings from the firm sidebar.
  2. Use Users to manage people.
  3. Use Integrations to connect tools.
  4. Use Billing to review your plan.

Best practices

  • Keep the user list current. Remove people who leave; review Org Admins periodically.
  • Set integration defaults thoughtfully. Engagements inherit them.
