Integrations
Integrations connect Celeredge to the tools your firm already uses, so engagements can pull in real data instead of re-keying it. They're set up at the firm level by an Organization Admin and inherited by engagements.
Who can access
Organization Admins configure integrations. Engagement teams then use (and can override) the connected sources — see Connected sources.
Supported providers
Integrations are launched from a wizard that groups providers by type:
| Type | Providers | What it brings in |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho | Account and pipeline context |
| Documents | SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, Teams | Documents to index as evidence |
| Surveys | Typeform | Structured stakeholder input |
| Workshops | Miro, Asana | Workshop and collaboration artifacts |
How connecting works
- OAuth providers redirect you to the provider to authorize, then return and re-hydrate the connection.
- Connected sources become available to engagements as org defaults, which each engagement inherits and can override per client.
Step by step
- Open the Integrations wizard from Settings.
- Choose a provider by type.
- Authorize it (OAuth redirect for most providers).
- Confirm the connection appears as an org default.
- In an engagement, review/override it under Connected sources.
Best practices
- Connect document storage early. It's the fastest way to get evidence flowing into engagements.
- Connect a database for verifiable KPIs. Database-backed numbers carry their query — the most defensible figures.
- Set sensible org defaults. Engagements inherit them, so good defaults save per-engagement setup.
Common errors
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Connection shows disconnected | OAuth not completed or authorization expired | Re-run the wizard and re-authorize |
| A provider's data isn't appearing | Connection established but not selected on the engagement | Enable it under the engagement's Connected sources |
note
Available providers and connection methods can vary by environment and plan. If a provider you need isn't shown or a connection method isn't available, contact Celeredge support.
