What is Celeredge
Celeredge is an AI-native operating system for consulting firms. It gives a consulting practice one place to run its client work end to end — from the first prospect conversation to the final board-ready deck — with AI assisting at every step and every finding traceable back to real evidence.
A consulting firm runs its client work as engagements. Each engagement moves through a four-phase lifecycle:
Diagnose → Plan → Execute → Deliver
At each phase, Celeredge helps you assess the client against expert frameworks, ground every finding in the client's own documents and data, surface signals worth acting on, and produce client-ready reports, decks, and dashboards.

The shape of the product
Celeredge has three connected surfaces:
- The firm workspace — your firm's home. The Command Center, your client pipeline (Prospects → Accounts → Engagements), your Practices, and the firm-wide Knowledge Vault.
- The engagement workspace — where the actual client work happens, organized around the Diagnose → Plan → Execute → Deliver lifecycle, plus the Analysis, Data & Evidence, Signals, and Team tools.
- Administration — managing users, roles & permissions, integrations, and settings.
