Exports

When a deck is ready, you export it for the client. Exported artifacts register as deliverables on the engagement and roll up into the firm-wide Knowledge Vault.

Members of the engagement team.

How it works​

A finished Deck Studio presentation can be exported to a shareable format. Like all deliverables, an exported deck:

  • registers on the engagement's Deliver tab, and
  • appears in the Knowledge Vault, filterable by industry, practice, and status, for reuse on future engagements.

The Knowledge Vault holds deliverables in multiple formats (PDF, PPTX, HTML, Deck).

Step by step​

  1. Finish your deck in Deck Studio.
  2. Export it.
  3. Confirm it appears as a deliverable on the engagement and in the Knowledge Vault.

Best practices​

  • Verify before exporting. A deliverable that reaches the vault becomes a reusable template — make sure it's right.
  • Use consistent naming. Clear titles make decks findable in the vault later.
