Executive Summaries
An executive summary is the high-level story of an engagement's findings — what a partner or client executive reads first. In Celeredge it's part of the generated report output and, like the detail beneath it, traces back to real evidence.

How it works
Reports roll up the engagement's findings — assessment scores, gaps, and insights — into a narrative. The executive layer summarizes the dimension-level story (the maturity picture and the priority gaps), while the body carries the supporting detail and citations.
Best practices
- Lead with the dimension rollups. The executive story is told at the dimension level; keep question-level detail for the body.
- Keep it defensible. Even summary claims should trace to evidence — the strength of an executive summary is that the detail behind it holds up.
- Tailor to the audience. A board summary differs from a working-team summary; generate the framing that fits.
